About the Event
Kick off your summer with some simple how-to ideas to stay in shape over the summer. Led by trainer and coach Shanna Moody, MS. This interactive course will take place at the River North Gallery at 8:30am. Fee is $5 per person or free for members.
"My philosophy is to turn inspiration into perspiration. I have found through working with hundreds of clients and students from ages five to 90 years old, that with the right motivation, everyone can find a form of physical activity that fits their lifestyle and helps them to feel better and live their life to the fullest potential. Within my training, I aspire to inspire. This isn’t what I do, this is who I am. I pursue my passion by helping others find theirs. I empower clients to reach their full potential through respect, patience and education." Shanna Moody is a doctoral candidate at Tarleton State University.
